What can I do when I can’t log in?

Use your username and password to log in to your Mollie account. Please follow our steps if you can’t log in. 

Check if you entered the correct username and password: 

  • Your username is usually the same as your email address. Did  you forget your email address or do you no longer have access to the email address? Please contact us
  • If you forgot your password:
    1. Click on Forgot your password?
    2. Enter your email address and click on Reset password.
    3. You should receive an email inviting you to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, please contact us.
