It sometimes happens that you receive an error report when you are trying to log in. In that case, you should first check whether you have entered the correct username and password.
In most cases, the username is identical to your email address.
You should also check whether you have correctly entered your password and whether caps lock is engaged. If all of this doesn't work and you definitely forgot your username/password or received a different error message, please contact us.
