When your website has been rejected, you have also received an e-mail from us stating the reasons why.
Possible reasons are:
- Your website is offline;
- There is a typo in the website's URL;
- Your trade name/ company information is not listed anywhere;
- You are offering a product or service that is not covered by our policy.
We advise you to first read the e-mail to find out what should be done. Next, log in to your Mollie account and click on the blue status bar that links you through to the website profile. Here, you could change website's URL (if necessary) or immediately request a second review of your website profile. We will conduct the review within one working day to see if it is now in order.
