A Mollie account is tied to a specific company, with a specific Chamber of Commerce registration number. When the legal form of the company changes, you are also issued a new Chamber of Commerce registration number.

If any transactions were already received into your account, it is not possible to just simply change the legal form. In this case, it would be best to create a new account with us.

If you absolutely insist on keeping the account, we can accommodate you in some cases. A precondition is that the legal representative remains the same. To change the legal form, we would need their written request including the new Chamber of Commerce registration number. The request must also include a signature and a copy of the legal representative's ID. You can mail the request to info@mollie.com.
