Lightspeed eCom: Set up refunds

Set up refunds to ensure that refund behaviour works seamlessly with your existing systems.

Set up automatic refunds

Enable or disable automatic refunds when creating a credit note, for example so that your billing department can give the refund in their own system.

  1. Log in to Lightspeed eCom.

  2. Go to Apps > Purchased apps.

  3. Expand Mollie for Lightspeed eCom and click Go to app to open the General settings page.

  4. Turn the Automatically create a refund in Mollie toggle on or off.
