  • Minimise chargeback risk by clearly communicating the amount and frequency of charges to your customers.

  • Ensure customer awareness by sending advance notifications before each payment; for example, via email.

Customers who buy a subscription from your shop must make an initial payment with a supported payment method. By doing so, they authorise payments for future instalments of their subscription.

If your customer initially paid with a credit/debit card, they will make all subsequent payments by credit/debit card. If they paid with any other payment method, all future payments will be made through SEPA Direct Debit.
