Shopify sends payment descriptions to Mollie. You can use a payment description to link payment information in Shopify to the matching order information in your Mollie account.

Log in to Shopify.

Open the order in Shopify and click the Mollie payment notification in the timeline.

In the expanded notification, click Information from the gateway and copy the payment code.

Log into your Mollie account and go to Transactions > Payments.

Search for the payment code and click the search result to view the order details in Mollie.
