Shopware 6 Plugin: Cancel subscriptions

Customers can cancel their subscriptions themselves in their Shopware 6 Administration account. You can also cancel their subscription for them, for example, if they cannot do this themselves or missed multiple payments in a row.

  1. Log in to Shopware 6.

  2. Go to icon-orders.png Orders > Mollie subscriptions.

  3. Select the icon-context-menu-button.png context menu button of the subscription you want to cancel and then select Cancel subscription.
