PrestaShop: Cancel subscriptions

Customers can cancel their subscriptions themselves in their account in your shop. You can also cancel their subscription for them, for example, if they cannot do this themselves or missed multiple payments in a row.

  1. Log in to PrestaShop.

  2. Select Mollie > Settings in the left navigation menu.

  3. Select the Subscriptions tab.

  4. Select icon-delete.png Cancel next to the subscription.
