Why is it not possible to adjust certain company particulars after my account has been activated?

Some of the data can no longer be changed as soon as the information in your account has been verified and approved.

  • Chamber of Commerce registration number
  • country of business location
  • legal form

The reason is that we as a payment institution are obligated to screen each company before we can process payments for them. That is why you cannot use a verified account for a different company than the one that we screened and approved.

In case you would like to use our services for a different company, you'll have to create a new account. Make sure to log out in your old account (or close the account) and create a new account. Here you can read how to do that.
