Export per day or month
Per period we offer the following export possibilities:
We offer daily and monthly reports which contain all payments made on that particular day or during that particular month. Whether a transaction has been outpaid or not won't be taken into consideration in these reports. For more information, read this.
Go to dashboard and navigate to “administration”. In the right top of your screen, you can select your preferred export.
Export per transaction
Per transaction we offer the following export possibilities:
Go to dashboard and navigate to “transactions”. Here you’ll find a complete list of all transactions. On the left side of your screen you can filter the list based on different criteria. Select the filters you need and then select “Export” on the right top of the page to export the transactions.
The different export files
The advantage of MT940 is that it allows you to automate the process of entering transactions and payments into your accounting system. In other words, it reduces the process to just a few actions. Which minimalizes the risk of human error, allowing you to easily keep your bookkeeping up to date. Nearly all bookkeeping programs facilitate the importation of MT940 files. For instance, Exact, Twinfield, AFAS, Unit4, Visma, Accountview, SAP, Oracle, Moneybird and Yuki come to mind.
Are you using a bookkeeping program that does not allow the importation of MT940 files? Then, in most cases, you are better off using CSV-export (Excel).
CODA is file format commonly used by Belgian bookkeeping programs. CODA stands for coded daily statement. A CODA file contains extensive information about all transactions in it and is therefore comparable to the MT940 file.
PDF (Portable Document Format) is predominantly used for a clear overview in a presentable form (printing).
