The Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) is a unique number used to trace a transaction from the acquirer's bank to the cardholder’s bank. This means you can use this number to track if your payment or refund has made it safely to your customer’s bank account.
Where can I find the ARN?
You can find the ARN in your Mollie Dashboard:
- Go to Transaction > Payments.
- Find the transaction and open this.
- Scroll down to the ‘Refunds’ section.
- Under the ‘ARN’ column, you can View and Copy the ARN.
You can then give the ARN to your customer and they can then call their bank to track the refund.
