in3 and Klarna: Pay in 3 are similar payment methods where customers pay for an order in 3 instalments. However, there are some key differences in the way they work.
How does my customer pay?
With in3, your customer must use iDEAL to pay their instalments. iDEAL is only available for customers in the Netherlands. For Klarna: Pay in 3, your customer has the option to use SEPA Direct Debit, credit or debit card. There is also a possibility that you may receive a chargeback for a Klarna order.
When will I be paid?
You will be paid for an in3 order 11 business days after the order is made. You do not need to mark your order as shipped to receive your payout. With Klarna: Pay in 3 orders, you will be paid 5 business days after you have marked your order as shipped.
