How do I use the Mollie app on my mobile?

The Mollie app makes it easy to keep a finger on your business pulse, whether you’re in the office or on the go. Get notified whenever a payment comes in, track all your transactions and view your current balance. You can also switch between different organisations on your Mollie account.

 

How do I install the app?

You can install the app via the App Store for iOS or the Google Play store for Android. After installing the app, sign in with the email address and password of your Mollie account.

 

What can I do with the app?

All team members with access to your Mollie account can use the app to:

  • View your balance, payments, and refunds
  • Get notified any time a payment comes in
  • Send payment requests in 25+ different currencies (via WhatsApp, email and all other popular channels)
  • Get paid in person with QR codes
  • Create full or partial refunds
  • Track and measure your business growth with real-time analytics and insights 
  • Easily switch between multiple organisations

Currently, it is not possible to make changes to your Mollie account in the app. You can make changes to your account in the Mollie Dashboard.

 

Which languages does the app support?

The Mollie app is available in English, Dutch, German and French.
