When your website has been rejected, you will receive an email from us stating the reasons for the rejection.
Possible reasons are:
- Your website is offline.
- There is a typo in the website's URL.
- Your trade name / company information is not listed anywhere.
- You are offering a product or service that is not covered by our policy.
Be sure to check what you need to put on your website. After adding the correct information to your website, you can go to your Mollie Dashboard and Settings > Website profiles. Here, you can request a second review of your website profile. We will conduct the review within 1 working day.
