To verify that the API keys are correct, follow the steps given in Connect to Mollie.

Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.

Go to Settings > Website profiles.

Click Payment methods under the website profile.

Use the toggles to activate your payment methods.
A blue toggle indicates that the payment method is active. A yellow toggle indicates that it's pending Mollie's approval.
Important
Some payment methods require Mollie's approval before they're available in your Mollie Dashboard. If your account has been approved but payment methods are still missing from your dashboard, contact support.

Log in to Shopware 6.

Go to
Extensions > My extensions.

On Mollie Payments, click the
context menu button and select Uninstall.

Optional: To delete the Mollie plugin configuration settings from your Shopware 6 system, turn on the Remove all app data permanently.

Click Uninstall.
This uninstalls the plugin, but it remains available in your exensions list.

On Mollie Payments, click Install and then click the toggle to activate the plugin.

Optional: If you deleted the configuration settings when uninstalling the plugin, you need to reconfigure the plugin.
Important
Mollie can only provide support for its plugin when it runs using the default code provided in the source files.
To contact our support team through Mollie Plugin for Shopware 6, follow these steps:

Log in to Shopware 6.

Go to
Extensions > My extensions.

Open the Mollie Payments
menu, and select Configure.

Enter your name and email address.

Select the support team that you want to contact from the Send request to drop-down menu.

In the Subject field, enter a clear summary of the issue.

In the Message field, enter a clear description of the issue. If possible, include the steps you took to reproduce it.

Click Request support.
