Magento 2: Send payment reminders

Send a payment reminder to your customers to remind customers of an existing payment obligation or an upcoming payment deadline.

  1. Log in to Magento 2.

  2. Go to Sales > Orders.

  3. Find the order and select View in its Action column.

  4. Select Send payment reminder.
