Magento 2: Send payment requests

Note

You can automatically attach payment links to second-chance emails.
If you create an order manually↗, you can attach a payment link to the order confirmation.
The payment link takes the customer to a payment page. You can select the payment methods that you want to offer on the payment page for each order.

What you need to do in advance

Ensure that you have added Payment link / Admin payment to your store in the payment method configuration.

Send a payment link

Create the order↗.
In the Payment and shipping information section, select Mollie: Payment link, and add one or more payment methods.

Optional: Configure the order expiry period.
Select a shipping method.
Ensure that the Notify customer by email checkbox is selected.
Click Submit order.
