    Note

    Customers can also change the payment method but only when they make a manual payment and any of these circumstances apply:

    • Early renewal

    • Renewal status is "pending renewal order"

    • Renewal payment fails

    Customers cannot change the payment method for an entire subscription. To use a different payment method, they must cancel the current subscription and re-subscribe at the end of the term.

  • Pay for renewal

  • Change the address for one subscription

  • Change the address for all subscriptions

  • Resubscribe

  • Enable early renewals

  • Set next payment date after early renewal
