Shopware 6 Plugin: Solve common problems

Restore the connection

  1. Log in to Shopware 6.

  2. Go to icon-shopware-extensions.png Extensions > My extensions.

  3. Open the Mollie Payments Icon containing three horizontal dots that usually opens a menu when clicked menu, and select Configure.

  4. Go to API and click Get your API keys from the Mollie Dashboard.

    If you're already logged in to your Mollie account, this opens the API keys in your Mollie Dashboard in a new browser tab. Otherwise, log in to your account to get your API keys.

  5. Copy your test and live API keys and paste them in their respective fields in Shopware 6.

  6. Save the changes.

  7. To confirm that the connection is successful, click Test API keys.

Activate payment methods

Important

Some payment methods require Mollie's approval before they're available in your Mollie Dashboard.

If your account has been approved but payment methods are still missing from your dashboard, contact support.

  1. Log in to Shopware 6.

  2. Go to Settings > Website profiles.

  3. Click Payment methods under the website profile.

  4. Use the toggles to activate your payment methods.

    A blue toggle indicates that the payment method is active. A yellow toggle indicates that it's pending Mollie's approval.

After activating your payment methods, you can add them to your checkout.

Enable debugging

You can enable debugging to add more information to the log files, which can give you more detailed insight into an issue when you try to reproduce it.

Warning

Due to the additional information provided in the log files, enabling debugging takes up more storage space on your server.

  1. Log in to Shopware 6.

  2. Go to icon-shopware-extensions.png Extensions > My extensions.

  3. Open the Mollie Payments Icon containing three horizontal dots that usually opens a menu when clicked menu, and select Configure.

  4. Go to Additional settings and turn on Debug mode.

  5. Save the changes.

Reactivate the plugin

  1. Log in to Shopware 6.

  2. Go to icon-shopware-extensions.png Extensions > My extensions.

  3. On Mollie Payments, turn off the toggle to deactivate the plugin.

  4. Turn on the toggle to reactivate the plugin.

Reinstall the plugin

  1. Log in to Shopware 6.

  2. Go to icon-shopware-extensions.png Extensions > My extensions.

  3. On Mollie Payments, click the icon-context-menu-button.png context menu button and select Uninstall.

  4. Optional: To delete the Mollie plugin configuration settings from your Shopware 6 system, turn on the Remove all app data permanently.

  5. Click Uninstall.

    This uninstalls the plugin, but it remains available in your exensions list.

  6. On Mollie Payments, click Install and then click the toggle to activate the plugin.

  7. Optional: If you deleted the configuration settings when uninstalling the plugin, you need to reconfigure the plugin.

  1. Log in to Shopware 6.

  2. Go to icon-shopware-extensions.png Extensions > My extensions.

  3. Open the Mollie Payments Icon containing three horizontal dots that usually opens a menu when clicked menu, and select Configure.

  4. Enter your name and email address.

  5. Select the support team that you want to contact from the Send request to drop-down menu.

  6. In the Subject field, enter a clear summary of the issue.

  7. In the Message field, enter a clear description of the issue. If possible, include the steps you took to reproduce it.

  8. Click Request support.
