Mollie captures a lot of information on your customers' payments, such as the payment ID, bank name, BIC, and authorisation status. Use this information to help trace what has happened with an order.
Find the Mollie payment ID
Mollie assigns each payment a unique ID. Use this to look up payments in your Mollie account.

Log in to Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager.

Open Select a site, and select a site from the list.

Go to Merchant Tools > Ordering > Orders.

Find the order and open it.

Click the Payment tab.
The ID is displayed in the Mollie payment ID field.

Log in to Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager.

Open Select a site, and select a site from the list.

Go to Merchant Tools > Ordering > Orders.

Find the order and open it.

Click the Payment tab.
Information on the payment is displayed in the Mollie payment details field.
View the authorisation status
Your customers can authoise Credit/debit cards and Klarna payment methods for later payment.

Log in to Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager.

Open Select a site, and select a site from the list.

Go to Merchant Tools > Ordering > Customer Service Center.

Find the order and open it.

Click the Attributes tab.
The Order is authorised checkbox shows if the payment is authorised.
