Status is updated to ‘paid’ directly after the consumer authorises the payment. However, it takes 2-5 business days for us to receive the payment. After the payment is received, the status will change to ‘paid out’ on your next settlement date. Please note that until the status has changed to ‘paid out’, there is no guarantee we have received the funds. |
