I have not received a payout yet. Why is this?

This might be because of your account settings for payouts. The payout frequency is set by default to Twice a week. You can change your payout frequency in your Mollie Dashboard.

Another reason might be that your account has not yet been approved. We check and approve your account after you’ve received your first transaction. This can take 5-7 business days. After we’ve approved your account, we will pay you on the first payment date you set in your Mollie account.
